We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we make it right.

Eligible for Return

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Fabric is uncut and unused
  • Original packaging or equivalent
  • Item received damaged or incorrect
  • Significant colour/quality difference from listing

Not Eligible for Return

  • Fabric that has been cut or altered
  • Items returned after 7 days
  • Custom-sourced or special-order fabrics
  • Items with evidence of use, washing, or staining
  • Items without a Return Authorisation (RA) number

Return Process — Step by Step

Contact Us Within 7 Days

Reach out via WhatsApp (08028806917) or email within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.

Get Return Authorisation

Our team will review your request and issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number if eligible. Do not send items back without an RA number.

Package & Ship

Pack the fabric securely in its original packaging (or equivalent). Include your RA number on the outside. Ship to our Lagos Island address.

Inspection & Refund

Once received, we inspect the item within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item passes inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Bank transfer refunds may take an additional 2–3 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank. Card refunds are typically faster.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Do not discard damaged packaging — photos of the packaging may be needed for our courier's claims process.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange for a different fabric, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement fabric.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or significantly misdescribed item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we cannot process returns for items lost in transit.
