Shipping Policy

We deliver to all 36 states in Nigeria. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process, timelines, and costs.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a dispatch notification once your order has been handed to our courier.

⏰ Processing Hours: Orders placed before 2:00 PM on weekdays are typically processed same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and total order weight. Below are estimated rates and timelines. Final costs are shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through our courier partner's portal.

Packaging

All fabrics are carefully folded and sealed in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Delicate fabrics such as lace and George are given additional padding. We do not use recycled or damaged packaging materials.

If you're sending your order as a gift, please note this in the order comments at checkout and we will remove pricing information from the package.

Failed & Returned Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is made and you are unavailable, our courier will typically make a second attempt the following day. After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

In the event of a returned delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. An additional shipping fee may apply. If re-delivery is not requested within 14 days, the order will be cancelled and a refund issued minus the original shipping cost.

⚠️ Important: Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.

International Shipping

We currently only offer shipping within Nigeria. International shipping is not available at this time. If you are based outside Nigeria and would like to place an order, please contact us directly to discuss options.
